You may return unused items purchased at FrontlineHookah.com within 30 days of the original delivery. No Returns or exchanges on any tobacco products. No refunds on items sent back from customs from other countries. It’s your responsibility to know your countries laws.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from FrontlineHookah. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unused.
- No refunds on tobacco
- Refunds will only be given if did not use the correct carrier we use UPS only. USA does not allow us to use any other carrier with tobacco products.
- All Items must not be damaged.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- All freebies left out of the returned package will be deducted from the refund at full retail value. No international returns on tobacco products.
Returns will be credited to original payment method used.
To return a product please contact us with your order information. We'll respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Returns sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds of shipping costs will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.
Any Broken or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for any broken or missing items if not contacted within that period.
Return damaged Hookah's to P.O.Box 5238 Orange, Ca 92863 along with an email of the invoice and product tracking number. Cost of returns are to the customer. We will send out exchanges only upon insured shipping.
ALL HOOKAH'S MUST BE SHIPPED TO YOU WITH INSURANCE. WE WILL NOT SHIP OUT ANY HOOKAH WITHOUT INSURANCE. ALL ORDERS MADE WITHOUT INSURANCE WITH HOOKAH PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUNDED. AT FRONTLINE HOOKAH WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT IN THE SAME CARE AS WE PACKAGE IT FOR YOU.
