Domestic Orders (United States)
Domestic orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS, Ground, or Express. Depending on the method of shipping you choose, the shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your geographic distance from Orange County, CA.
Processing time is generally 1 to 2 days depending on the method of shipping you choose.(Excludes Saturday & Sundays).
For faster processing and shipping time, please make sure to select UPS.
Orders that qualify for free shipping may be shipped via UPS, Which is 1-7 business days, once shipped. No free shipping outside of the USA.
Orders bound to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Virgin Islands are shipped via UPS Express.
Special handling requests can be made in the “customer comments” section during the checkout process.
It Is not our responsibility to track your order. Once a package says delivered. We have no responsibility of the order.
All Orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery for security of our customers.

You are also agreeing that FrontlineHookah.com will not and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have the right to cancel any order and refuse service.
International Orders (The Globe)
All international orders are only through UPS make sure your country has UPS service before ordering.
All orders are shipped within 4-7 business days of placing an order (excludes Saturday & Sundays). The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select. Please allow up to 21 business days to receive your order (depends on location). No free shipping to international destinations. We are not responsible for any items confiscated or lost along the way.
International orders may be subject to further verification and may be cancelled at our discretion.
Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
International Shipping: Customer is responsible for GST, VAT and/or all applicable taxes & fees.
We do our best to guarantee a smooth and hassle-free shipment to your country, you are responsible for any duties imposed by your countries government if any.

By placing an international order, you are agreeing and accepting all risks and liabilities for importing tobacco into your country. We are not responsible for knowing or enforcing the tobacco importation laws of your country. It is your responsibility to know the local laws.

Tracking Your Order
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number. After your label has been made and package sent out you will receive a tracking number as well in your email.
